Our Desired Future: Lone Star Tour

Our Desired Future: Lone Star Tour

Texas has 500 times more water underground than anything you see above the surface. The question is, how much do we pump and how fast? Our Desired Future, sponsored by The Meadows Center, is a traveling exhibit that examines the interconnections between water above and below ground. It will be on display at the @[135997252600:274:Westcave Outdoor Discovery Center] from Feb. 16 - Mar. 15. The exhibit combines photos, stories and first-of-its-kind maps to help Texans understand where their water comes from and how the state’s water resources can be managed for long-term viability. The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment groundwater exhibit will be at the Westcave Outdoor Discovery Center preserve. Learn and be inspired to take action on behalf of #Texas #groundwater. ourdesiredfuture.com/ westcave.org
